Clinical supervision is my passion
I am dedicated to ongoing reflection, growth, and ethical practice. I offer the opportunity for all levels of counsellors, supervisors and leaders to experience the same. My years in clinical leadership will bring an additional lens to our supervision.
Individual Supervision for all levels of Counsellors

An extra note for Supervision for the New Graduate and/or Newer Practitioner
It takes time to grow our counselling expertise beyond study and student placements. And it can be both exciting and overwhelming entering the workforce or world of private practice.
I offer you the opportunity to:
- Enhance your transition from graduate to experienced practitioner by pacing reflections and challenges alongside guidance as you request or need it
- Deepen your knowledge of self as counsellor
- Expand your counselling construct
- Explore your passions to become the counsellor you want to be
- Consider your needs beyond the minimum requirements for supervision. This might be helpful as you may not have a team around you to support your growth.

Group Supervision as a Community of Practice
If supervision can be seen as a mini ‘community of practice’ where dialogue is the form of conversation used and critical reflection allows participants to be open to multiple possibilities, then learning takes place through social participation.

I see group supervision as an addition or companion to individual supervision. We create safety together through considering how we listen, how we ask questions, how we validate one another and how we share.
Group Supervision is that amazing space where we:

- External group supervision for counselling teams in organisations. Groups of six for 90mins online or onsite
